When you place the cursor over an avatar, the person's screen name is displayed under the picture. You can view personal information in the Identity dialog box, which contains a picture and personal information. 

1. To view the identity of a selected person, do one of the following:

• select the Identity option from the shortcut menu on someone else's presence
• in the Find dialog box (once the results of the query are displayed), select a user and press the View Identity button

2. View the displayed information.

3. Optionally, press More Info to see additional information.

4. Optionally, press Send IM to send an instant message.

5. Optionally, click the Ignore check box to ignore all input from the selected person. 

6. Press Cancel to close the dialog box.
